Please take over my lease - I just signed it in October for 3 years and I have to move! It’s cheaper than anything around for what it is, it’s got washer, dryer, central AC, dishwasher, everything is new. It’s nice, a duplex, space upstairs for an office or second bedroom, TV room, whatever, and not some BS ceiling height, you can really truly stand up. Windows are enormous, very bright, very comfortable, and the neighbors are normal. New building, super clean, and a block from the Montrose L. Less than 15 minutes from Union Square and a ton of new stuff is popping up in the neighborhood. I would LOVE to stay but sadly I have to leave it behind. See the craigslist listing.
